Research

IFAS is a multidisciplinary teaching, research and policy analysis institute at Michigan State University that focuses on the social, economical, political and ethical dimensions of the creation, enforcement and review of food and agricultural standards. Below is a list of projects in which IFAS investigators have participated, including the Making the Grade project, which created IFAS in 1999. We also will be adding more projects that are in development or pending.
